If you want to plan a romantic date night, there are two key steps involved.

The first step is to book a chauffeured vehicle; even if it isn’t a limousine, the freedom from driving will allow you to spend more time with your significant other.

The next step is finding the perfect restaurant, which is easy to do in a great place like Cincinnati.

Check out A Savannah Nite’s favorite Queen City restaurants below!

PrimaVista

810 Matson Place, Cincinnati, OH 45204

This premier Italian restaurant is conveniently located downtown. It also offers a wonderful view of the Cincinnati skyline. And the menu has something for everyone—all of the standard Italian fare is available for pizza and pasta lovers. But there are unique dishes to satisfy more adventurous eaters, too. PrimaVista also offers long list of specialty wines to top off the night.

York Street Cafe

738 York Street Café, Newport, KY

This upscale, northern Kentucky restaurant is housed in a Queen Anne-style building from the 1880s. It’s been a favorite destination for first dates and anniversaries for Cincinnati lovebirds for years. Choose a beverage from its wine list, beer specials, and specialty coffees. Then pick one of the sophisticated entrees, such as locally sourced filet mignon and blackened salmon. After the meal, head up to the the 2nd and 3rd floors, which hold a lounge and an art gallery, respectively.

Orchids at Palm Court

35 W. 5th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

For those looking for truly luxurious dining, book reservations at Orchids at Palm Court. This world-class restaurant is housed inside of Cincinnati’s Hilton Netherland Plaza, so you can bask in the heart of downtown Cincinnati’s electric atmosphere.

As you soak everything in, treat yourselves to one of the Orchids’ three-course meals, which include fare such as lamb loin, duck, and red snapper. If a chef’s tasting with paired wines sounds like date night gold, you can also sample dishes that include octopus and veal sweetbreads.

Sung Korean Bistro

700 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH

If you want some of Cincinnati’s finest Korean cuisine, look no further than the Sung Korean Bistro, located on Elm Street in Cincinnati’s vibrant downtown. Serving noodles, Bokum, and sushi, the Sung Bistro is a truly enjoyable experience for even the most casual fan of Asian food. When you finish dinner, consider stopping in at the Sung Bar to sample some of their specialty sakes and craft beers.

Thanks to the sheer number of restaurants claiming to be intimate, romantic destinations, it’s hard to know where to eat.

Don’t forget to book transportation, to make your romantic night out everything it can be
